Worst Apartments and horrible management

You need to have a major renters insurance before you move in. These apartments will fall anytime. The maintenance is poor ...er.. there is no maintenance. The management is even worse. The first response to any complaint is - 'NO. You can not have things replaced.' After multiple complains, the manager may budge to your request, but the maintenance people never come to fix it. The manager is rude and thinks that this is a charity home where we live without paying any rent.
I am waiting for my lease to get over so that I can move out immediately!
