I have stayed in WoodHollow appartement for alomost 18 months and I compromised noisy homes(old construction), leaking roof, poor maintenance for just because of Indian community. But when I tried to move out of Woodhollow I was ripped($2100 fine). For simpe scratch on the kitchen roof(20 yrs old) whole set was replaced. Same case with all my friends who has moved out. Those ------------------& -----) are drug addicts with lot of ----- friends(unsafe to roam after 8:00pm).Lots of my friends were mugged and few of my friends houses were stealed. As per my knowledge the average fine is $1000 when you move out . These homes are 50 years old homes.

Please never ever come to this appartment.

I always feel bad when someone leaves Woodhollow on bad terms. The persons name above was not found as to living here? Without knowing the above person and their circumstances, I will only say that Woodhollow is as safe as any other place here in Maryland Heights, I always suggest to anyone asking that question, to call the Maryland Heights Police Department and state any concerns you may have; they will answer any of your questions. When a person causes damages beyond normal wear and tear, then they will get charged. All properties will charge for damages left. Some people have a hard time accepting their responsibilities, even if the damage was an accident or not intentional. The end result is the same, we must all accept what we have done, intentional or otherwise. I am sorry, this individual feels the way he does.

Really? An average $1000 fine upon moving out? I lived there for three years and got my complete deposit back. I also thought the area was really safe. Never had any problems. I would also take evening walks and never felt unsafe, although they could have better lighting along the road that goes around the complex. I didn't really care for my apartment (creaky floors, could update kitchens/bathrooms, etc.) but I had a pretty good experience otherwise.

i had water spots on my walls and all they did was come "paint" it... never fixed the problem... also never thought to take the picture that i had on the wall down, so now that its time for me to move out, i find Huge Mold growing behind the picture... very disturbing and sloppy job by maintence. i am very disappointed and felt like when i went to management they didnt care.. just said "awe, we will put in a request" .... really?
