This rating site is in no way a true reflection of any particular apartment community's reputation. You will notice many people use it to complain and carry on about things they are not happy about because most likely they are in-the-wrong in some way and have not gotten away with it. It is easy to smear someone's name in the dirt if you are unhappy about the way their business is operated, but there are two sides to any story. Unfortunately, more unhappy people speak their mind than the happy ones. If you will look closely at some of the messages, they do not make much sense to any educated person so we hope that when browsing, you are educated enough to take this into consideration and maybe even chuckle a little. The bottom line is that Woodhollow has one of the best locations in the area, plentiful, beautiful scenery, tons of amenities, a very professional, fun, attentive staff, lots of long-term residents, great floorplans with even greater rates; the list goes on and on. Woodhollow also has a new manager with lots of new and long-awaited plans for this community! We are excited about the big changes we have in store for our residents and those in the market for a new lifestyle! If you've never been here, or it has been a while since your last visit, please stop by and we promise you will be pleasantly surprised. It seems this post is by Woodhollow employeees itself. I totally disagree. There are many better places. The opposite apartments itself rank better than this one. This place is home to thieves. Never trust the maintenance guys. I know many people who have been robbed when maintenance guys enter their apartment. The management charge unduly high fines. $1000 to $1200 is average. Look for something else

Speaking of maintenance, i have water spots on my wall and all they did was paint over it, also have a pictured on that same wall which they never thought to take down or even look behind... Comes to find out, there is Mold growing behind the picture... this has been going on since June, it is now November.. and i STILL have water spots.. Really?
