Terrible! I lived here for two months they have tried to bill us 3 times for something that was due by a prior resident, they don't fix nothing when something is broken, the office staff all have attitudes,this will be the first and last year I live in this complex!

never ever pay rent through drop box we paid the rent through drop box on 31st July. Actually the due date is on 4th Aug. They scanned the cheque on 5th and sent us a notice saying that we paid rent after due date and asking us to pay the late fee. Not at all fair ..we are not going to pay..
