I have lived in my townhome for two years, and I was told about all of these wonderful ammenties (pool, quiet, nice area). I am scared to walk in my home alone at night, there is not a finalized pool, and I have to sleep with a sound machine. The plumbing is horrible, and the structure is cheaply constructed. I have a maintance employee at my home at least once a week. I do not recommend this place, the staff is rude and not very knowledgable or helpful.
