Apparently you never lived next to the james river college students or you happened to actually live next to some whose parents taught them to respect their neighbors, unfortunately my experience as well as most other tenants that I have spoken with, has been bad. It isn't all bad though, the new maintenance staff has been very courteous and professional, which is good because they have to fix allot of stuff.

Maybe you should make sure you have all your facts straight! The james river kids were not the ones having the parties and doing the drugs for the two years that I lived there. And the other tendants that were, were found out by managment and kicked out!
