I highly reccommed that you don't move here. I haven't ever had as many problems with a housing complex before I moved here. The management is horrible about fixing things. My dishwasher caught fire, and I looked all over the place and found no fire extinguisher (come to find out they don't supply you with them). So I called the office and they told me that they would be there the same day to fix it. Three days later I had to call again, and it seemed as though they were mad because they had to replace the dishwasher.
Also when you are showed a townhome before you move in you are showed a demo. You know one without any defects. When I moved into my actual townhome it hadn't been properly cleaned, and the kitchen had grease all over the backsplash, and the carpet was horrible. So basically I paid a deposit for nothing.
If you are lucky you will get an older couple as neighbors. The so called "Christian" students who stay here are anything but. So if you are not willing to put up with loud music, no parking, parties, and doors slamming all through the night this is definately not the place for you.

Those so called Christians acted far better then the others.At least they did not a drunk parties!
