I am not really sure which buliding the other reviewer was living in, but I live in building E and it is one of the best apartments I have ever lived in or even visited for the price! It is the most peaceful and quiet place you could ever imagine. I live on the bottom floor and you would think that the upstairs neighbor could be heard, but I dont ever hear anything! The parking is awesome! No more having to fight for a parking space that is practically a mile away. Here, you pull straight up to the sidewalk and walk ten feet to your door... with many many extra parking spaces to spare! People are considerate and nice, and overall, everything to so calm here. If parties are going on, I for sure don't hear them! These walls must be built very well! The last apartment I lived in, you could practically hear your neighbors conversations! But here, you barely hear the toliet flush or the shower going. Its great here! I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone.

We lived in B building. And since we moved the managment has changed. The neighbor above us was a single mother who did not care about her downstairs neighbors. And being the manager at the time was a single mother, we were out voted. So we moved. Everything else was fine. But personally, about what you said on the hearing the toilet thing, I really don't want to know when others are going to the bathroom. I wish you all the best, and BTW, don't ask for too much around there, you'll regret it.
