I lived in one of these apartments for about a year, and let me tell you these were some of the RUDEST people you could possibly meet. Neighbors making up ridiculous false complaints, or peeping into the balcony, while the landlord favoured certain tentants. And as if I didn't have anything to complain about!! Parking sucked too. But as for the apartment itself, it was cozy, nice on the inside, and a great price range.
