A Friendly and Safe Place to Live We have lived at Freemont Hills TownHomes for 8 months and from the moment we moved in we were treated like family. Brenda, the property manager, has went above and beyond to make us feel at home. My children feel safe here and have lots of other children

most horrible place to live these townhouses are dumpy, the neighbors are loud and rude. let's not even start on the staff. we just moved out in may and received our refund just now after fighting for it and then it was only $47 out of our $300 deposit returned. in the agreement it says

Great value for the price I have lived at Mountain Boulevard for a little over a year now and it's been a pretty good experience. I moved here- instead of Springfield- for the Ozark schools. It is a great location and my boys have a lot of friends that live nearby. The property is kept looking

Great Experience Debbie has been nothing but incredible to me and my roomates. They are quick to answer and work with us even on special requests. Some things may break or not be brand new but overall it is a clean apartment. The students I have met have been nothing but kind and respectful.

Great Value Old South is a great property, especially for the budget conscious Springfieldian. It lies technically in Ozark, but not far from city limits of Springfield (where I worked). The manager there is awesome, and does a great job of creating a community around her residents;
