(Oh PLEASE!!! The walls are paper-thin, the teenage residents are rowdy, and management is afraid to do anything about it because they have too low occupancy rate as it is.)

(While I lived here I heard of 3 drug arrests, and even watched a boy get tackled by the police on the front sidewalk of the apartments. Drive through late at night on Friday or Saturday night. Or better yet, go get a crime report from the police station.)

"The staff strive to keep the ground well maintained and looking nice with tree and flowers."
(The lawn may be moved, but they will not pick up the animal feces, nor have their own leasing agent living on site pick up after her own dog. Result-- animal feces everywhere.)
