While living at Williamsburg, we have made several noise complaints. The response I received was that the person upstairs says this is an apartment and there will be noise. Well, there shouldn't be noise so loud you have to turn your TV up to high volumes just to hear it in your own living room. The apartments themselves are nice, however, there is not respect for other tenants. No one seems to care if they play loud music or they bring their dog over to your area to poop and then don't clean it up.

Have you tried being a friendly neighbor? Maybe they do not realize how loud it is, or know they have neighbors. Knock on the door introduce yourself and try to work it out. I found this works better than getting management involved. They can't really do anything after the fact. Its hard to prove.

LOL -- management NEVER tries to get involved here. They lie to you to get you to sign the lease, and that is the entirety of their job function. Once you are in, they can't be bothered to help you with ANYTHING. But they will help themselves to your deposit when you leave.

Wow stayawaayyy Did you make your complaints in writing? Staff can not react on hear say, and everything in writing is on file.
