LIVING HERE IS A COMPLETE JOKE! THE ACTUAL APARTMENT IS A NICE SIZE, BUT THERE ARE NUMEROUS DOWNFALLS. OUR NEIGHBORS SUCK! THEY COMPLAIN FREQUENTLY ABOUT PETTY STUFF. OBVIOUSLY THE WALLS ARE PAPER THIN BECAUSE YOU CAN HEAR THE PEOPLE TALK, AND THE PEOPLE ABOVE US TAKING A PI$$ING. THAT IS DISCUSTING.
THE STAFF IS RUDE, AND NOT HONEST! THERE IS NOT SUFFICIENT PARKING ANYWHERE, BUT THE APARTMENT GROUNDS ARE KEPT LOOKING NICE.
THERE ARE NUMEROUS SUSPICIOS THINGS THAT HAPPEN IN THIS COMPLEX, AND NOTHING IS EVER DONE ABOUT THEM. FOR INSTANCE, THERE IS A RESIDENT THAT HAS YOUNG TEENAGERS IN AND OUT OF HER APARTMENT, AND SHE DOESN'T EVEN HAVE CHILDREN. USE COMMON SENSE, WE ALL KNOW SOMETHING IS GOING ON THERE. WHAT TEEN WANTS TO HANG OUT WITH AN ADULT'
I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPLEX TO ANYONE, NO WONDER THEY OFFER MONEY TO REFER SOMEONE! IT SAYS A LOT WHEN MOST PEOPLE DON'T STAY OVER THEIR YEAR LEASE!

It is very hard for the staff to stop something when they don't know that something is going on. Communication is the key! If you are noticing something that is going on tell the staff! You can even submit this information anonymously.
