I feel sorry for the staff at Williamsburg. They have a couple of weird residents that are in the office everyday for hours at a time. I know they are there to help us but not for hours. I have been working on the computer when I hear these two residents complaining about their personal lives and their problems. I have never heard any staff member be mean to them. I know it bothers them because they are busy but they still listen and try to help. I couldn't do it. I would tell them to leave. I guess that is their job but it seems it is well beyond their duties. I feel the staff is great. Maybe there was staff before that was not but there is a good team there now that does everything above and beyond to help the residents. They have done things that are not close to their job description. One employee helped me for over an hour on the computer for my job and I had another employee come to my apartment after hours to fix my air even though I would have been fine with the windows open. They make sure we are comfortable and happy. Isn't that what a home is supposed to be'
