We have had a very positive experience while living at the Williamsburg Plaza. The management staff was always friendly and helpful. Periodically, they organized festivities for residents to enjoy. We had no problems with fellow residents and felt very secure living here. As for noise, we found the apartment complex relatively quiet for the most part. Despite the warnings by disgruntled former residents posted on this site, we highly recommend Williamsburg Plaza.
We rented a one bedroom apartment at Williamsburg Plaza June-December 2008 while waiting to purchase a house in the Leavenworth area because it provided leasing on a month-by-month basis and permits pets. The unfurnished apartments come with a flat screen television, washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. If a furnished apartment is required, the management can direct new residents to a local furniture rental company, which can provide everything needed from sofas and beds to dishes and shower curtains. Each apartment has its own personal balcony/porch. The apartment complex provides several amenities for residents use to include an outdoor swimming pool, a gym, DVD rentals, and computer access at the welcome center. Apartments are also equipped with an alarm system, but it is the responsibility of the occupant to pay for the service. Occupants are also responsible for their own utilities. Recycling is available in addition to the trash service. Managers at the welcome center provide the additional service of signing for packages (UPS, FedEx, etc) when residents are not home to accept them. We found the apartments clean and well cared for. Management scheduled regular maintenance and responded immediately whenever a problem was reported. The grounds are attractive and well maintained. Parking is unassigned and uncovered (although it appears that a limited number of garages are available for rental). Among other stores and businesses in the area, there are several fast food and sit-down restaurants, a nationally known drugstore, and a brand new grocery store nearby.

OMG -- that sounded like a management-written advertisement, not a resident review. I sure wish the management would stop trying to artifically inflate their score. I lived here -- the management was AWFUL and CROOKED.
