-Our non-smoking apartment always smelt like smoke because of the people behind us. They told us the apartments had their own ventalation systems, and that there was no way our could smell like that. Neither my husband nor i smoked....so someone tell me how ours smelled like smoke...
-We complained several times about the people above us,as did people from other buildings...nothing was done. They said warnings were given if so, they should have been kicked out.
-The parking was horrible!
-Workers would come to fix something in the apartment, and then have to return b/c they broke something else...or came in smelling like smoke, at one time smelling like pot...again the apartment stunk of them.
-And my favorite....the gun fire...this was the last straw...we moved less than a month later.
-We gave the correct notice, and still got screwed....
So I would rather live in my car or go back to my in-laws or my own parents house rather than live here again!

There is only 2 buildings in the complex that is Smoke free, S & R other units in the complex can be pet free but not smoke free. The ventilation system in each unit is seperate and odors can not transfer to other units this way. These 2 buildings have ample parking with vacant parking on both sides of the building at all times. The disturbance involving the gun shot was handled immediatly the resident was out of the complex completely the same night. The management does not tolerate these type of situations. At move out you was given a walk thru that pointed out charges for cleaning needed that gave you the opportunity to clean to avoid charges. Part of your lease was with the previous management and part with the new management. Not all of the previous staff continued to work with the new management. We are sorry that you are unhappy with your stay. We do take our residents serious and enforce the rules & regulations as far as we can legally.
