if you like living in a place that reeks of marijuana, has criminal element and people that love to hang out in hallways and parking lots, then this is the place for you. I left there after being feeling threatended and uneasy about coming or going after dark. Office staff was like a revolving door, as was maintenance. I was told by a former tenant that things got better, but I would not move back there if they paid ME every month. It started out so nice in 1993 and turned to hell.

Damn ----'s and ------- turn property value to ----. Everyone who's past the first year of college at least realize this, but government and others like to beat around the bush instead of just saying the property value and saftey was alot higher before these ethnic groups moved in but we want a equal society wich is never going to happen until us white people do something becuase the minorities just cant seem to evolove from scumbags to normal.
