| Basement apartments flood regularly. Top floor apartments have leaky roofs. Pool's were closed 50% of the summer. The stove's are ancient 1970's models and if you're lucky you'll have at least 2 working burners when you move in. The furnaces are even older and ... more | ||||||||||||
