Getting better' This place has been getting worse and worse with each passing year. The management is not friendly at all...very stiff and too business like...they don't make you feel like this is a "home." I understand it's a business but the current manager has the personality of a piece of wood.

The maintenance crew is lazy and should be fired. They take multiple times to fix things right and do a half assed job the first time you ask them to do something. They pick up trash around the place, but some of the units don't have a dumpster at all so it's just trashy all around. And if there is a dead animal on the premises, such as dead chipmunks or such, they just let the animals rot on the sidewalks and decay.

The rent isn't all that cheap and you have to pay all utilities. There are very little perks to living here. VERY LITTLE
