When we moved here a few years ago, things were nice. The place was quiet, the apartment was in good shape and things were great. NOW..... there are cracks in walls and ceiling. bushes infront of apartments were burned to the ground and all the manager did about it was write the firestarters a "nasty" note. Police are here all the time. Children are not watched and a few times a little girl about 3yrs old was almost ran over by a car.

Nothing gets fixed. Even when the office is told about it, nothing gets done.

I have to disagree with a few things you have to say. First of all if a child was almost ran over this is the parents responsibility not the apartment manager. I never had a problem with getting things fixed or even when ants appeared they took care of them right away. The manager treats you like your his number one priority if you pay your rent on time and you have no complaints against you. I would recommend this place to anyone.
