The landlord is dishonest. The complex is noisy and people do not take care of their children. The pool is dirty in the summer time. They will move anyone in just to keep their apartments rented. Most of the people who stay there are related to each other and stick together. The kids will ride bikes into your cars , scratch and dent them. If you say anything the parents will get together and go after you like a mob. There are dozens of nice apartments in Springfield and surrounding areas. Check all of them out and choose one that is right for you. A great way to see for yourself is to ride through the complex on the weekend and in the evenings unannounced before you sign the lease. I live there, how is the landlord dishonest? Also, I have no trouble with the children playing there really isn't that many.

Who was the landlord when you lived there? I completely agree with the other person that commented on this. The landlord isn't dishonest. He's a great guy that would bend over backwards to help all he could. Maybe there's a little more to the story than you're letting on.

I lived there and the current landlord is dishonest and everything this person wrote is completely factual!!!!! The landlord ONLY bends over for backwards for HIS PEOPLE!!!

I'm not one of "his people" and they cut me several breaks on the pet deposit and the move in deposit. They also installed brand new carpeting and painted the walls a nice neutral color instead of the plain white walls that you normally get. I'm not in any way related to them. I actually moved in to be close to my sister and find that the one bedroom I have is roomy. The only issue I have so far is that there are TONS of ants and I can't leave out my cat's food because if I do, I'll be feeding the ants and not the cats.
