I read the previous post from the supposedly former tenant, let me say this after reading this I immediately new who it was from and trust me she had no room to talk her kids were brats she let the boy pee off the balcony all the time after being told not too. Who knows maybe she will be happy at her future home behind bars!!! haha

I've not lived here long, but the manager let me move in w/o a lease or the first months rent. He was a very nice person and seemed like someone who would be honest although I was promised a Handicap Parking, and that's been over 3 weeks ago. So far I've had my car damaged in the parking lot. Not sure who did it, but there were some kids throwing rocks at it and hitting it with sticks and those were probably the ones who damaged the paint. That wasn't managements fault, though. The grounds are always clean and it's usually quiet. I would recomend this apartment complex to anyone with it's low rent and utility bills, though!
