I lived there when Birmingham managed them. I was so upset when i heard Wooton Company was taking over. They are Horrible! My apartment got broken into a month after and it remained broken until i moved out 2 months later! What's worse is they tried to charge me for it. Luckly i had a police report to show for it. But that's beyond the point i was terrified to live there with it broken, it was also my daughters room window. When i received my security deposit back i didn't even get back half of it. When i called to see where my money went, the office said i had to contact an outside number. I called them repeatedly for days, when i finally got ahold of them they didn't know why they had kept so much of my deposit. After i got the run around, they told me they charged me restoration fees from both birmingham and wooton, but it still doesn't add up right. Birmingham said they should have only charged for one fee, but wooton isn't wanting to answer or return phone calls. Wooton probably just made it up to fix the window! I have proof i should have received more money back, but was told i would just loose money in court costs. It is also very noisy. I lived on the ground floor and my celing fan would shake at times due to the tenants that lived above me.
