Out of the year and some months my wife and I have livd there we have had two management companies. We have had two late rent letters in bright red posted on our door for all to see when they had already cashed the rent check. We pay rent early on the 20th of every month to make sure its done and both management teams have had trouble keeping track of that. The day lady Phillis is a very hateful old bat who seems like she is bitter at the world and everyone for who knows what. no break in's have occured. Seems to be a mix of friendly people and low lifes in there. Most people dont stay very long. Overall I would tell you to check out The Abby in Springfield, great place to live if you can afford it.
