i have lived here for atleast 5 yrs and I have been very happy. But recently sensen Apartment managers have changed the apartment grounds and tenent are so much better. So now I would most defiently recommend some to come here to live.

What once was good...now sucks When we moved here a few years ago, things were nice. The place was quiet, the apartment was in good shape and things were great. NOW..... there are cracks in walls and ceiling. bushes infront of apartments were burned to the ground and all the manager did

Bad Management Management company came into my apartment unannounced and without notice saying I owed money when I didn't. They do not answer the phone when you call. There is no one in the office that can help you if you have a question, you have to call an off site phone number.

Change I was reading everyone's reviews and was very surprised. I have lived here for four months now but, I signed a twelve month lease. I love it here! All of my neighbors are very nice. One of them even picks up my packages for me when I am not here. They must of gotten better staff

Pinewood Park Apartments- 2 Bedrooms/2Bath I moved into Pinewood Park in Aug of 2009 and live there currently. I LOVE the landlady. She's always so nice and easy to talk to. Free cable, trash and the pool are a major plus. The cleaning staff is very nice as well, and everyone is willing
