Just had to Comment I read the previous post from the supposedly former tenant, let me say this after reading this I immediately new who it was from and trust me she had no room to talk her kids were brats she let the boy pee off the balcony all the time after being told not too. Who knows

What once was good...now sucks When we moved here a few years ago, things were nice. The place was quiet, the apartment was in good shape and things were great. NOW..... there are cracks in walls and ceiling. bushes infront of apartments were burned to the ground and all the manager did

Bad Management Management company came into my apartment unannounced and without notice saying I owed money when I didn't. They do not answer the phone when you call. There is no one in the office that can help you if you have a question, you have to call an off site phone number.

Horrible Management! I lived there when Birmingham managed them. I was so upset when i heard Wooton Company was taking over. They are Horrible! My apartment got broken into a month after and it remained broken until i moved out 2 months later! What's worse is they tried to charge me for it.

The place is a dive. The landlord is dishonest. The complex is noisy and people do not take care of their children. The pool is dirty in the summer time. They will move anyone in just to keep their apartments rented. Most of the people who stay there are related to each other and stick together.
