I lived here for two years. Things went well. Riverside, MO isn't much to look at but it's an ok area. Close to several highways for commute. Apartment were not real fancy, BUT the were nice and well maintained. For the rent it was a good value. Keep in mind gas & electric ARE INCLUDED with the rent. If anything needed fixed, they were prompt to fix it. Much better than other places I lived. there is plenty of parking, quiet area, updated pool area.
