I have lived here for a year now, and am moving out swiftly. I'd like to swim, but the pool was always overrun with small children. I have a very loud neighbor and they actually put a handicap guy on the third floor! Matinence is decent, so thats a plus. The apartment is huge, but the kitchen is tiny, and there are is hardly any cabinet space, or countertops. The carpet is filthy, and there are little centipede critters I see occasionally. My phone has a lot of static, and the phone co. says its a problem with the line into the building (not their problem, the apartments). The windows have to be the original windows from the 60's or whenever, because they get stuck all the time, and air drafts in-its hard to keep cool and warm without having a $150 power bill for an apartment.
Management is very poor. They are rude, and treat you as an inconvenience. The apartment I am paying for is not the apartment I'm living in. I'm supposed to have 2 bathrooms, but instead have 1. There isnt sufficient lighting, and the power goes out often.

Power does go out - generally in the summer when it's 100 degrees. I stopped using the pool for much the same reason. As for the management - ditto.
