I just read the only rating on here and it seems as if you didn't do a few things yourself. Maybe you should have said something if you wanted to be in a 2 bedrooma and only got a 1 bedroom. You can also be on the energy saver program with your utilities, did you think of that. Not only do I have a friend that lives there, but I also know the management. The management is great and really cares about that place. You should have seen it before they got there.....wow bad. They really love that place. If you have some of the petty complaints, like what the previous person said, you're obviously not holding up your part of the agreement. I would recommend Rivermont to anyone. Not everyone can be perfect, but they sure try.
