There isn't anything special about these apartments, they are old but you get what you pay for. I would say the low rents is the only plus, there aren't many amenities and I will agree with previous posts that snow, ice and leaf removal is not done. We just had the leaves from last fall cleaned off the sidewalk finally. I will agree that the manager puts on a facade that she is nice but once you make a request she always makes it seem like it's no big deal and makes it sound like the company is never at fault. I actually moved into an apartment that had a issue and when I finally got to the point that I requested it to be fixed (it was noted on my move in inspection form) the manager tried to blame it on my child as if it wasn't an existing problem, it still hasn't been fixed. At one point we had very noisy neighbors and it took management a very very long time to kick them out. The only other positive thing I can say is that the area is very quiet and have not experienced any problems with crime and or safety in the years that we've lived here, the school district is also great. However we will be moving out when our lease expires. This isn't the place I would want to spend the best years of my life for sure.

So true, everything this individual stated about this complex is true. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU DON"T HAVE ANY and i mean ANY OTHER CHOICE.
