There is nothing good about living in these apt, I'm a current resident, regretting renewing my lease (only cause I didn't want to move my stuff) and will be moving when my lease is up ASAP!!!! Its cheap but you get poor to no assistance when needed. The manager Gayle is such a fake, she lies and tells you things that's not true. I honestly think I'm being singled out by her and she talks like she cares but she don't. Rude, hasty, disrespectful and so unprofessional. I would not recommend anyone moving into these apt, so not worth the headaches. The area is quiet,but builds are dilapidated, staff (Gayle unprofessional). My advice, pay the extra money to move to nearby locations or move here at your own risk. This place just sucks!!!

I could not agree more about the manager she is also is a foul mouth trash talking woman.I have spoke to the main office about her and I also explained she is very rude foul mouth woman.I hate that I live here as well and will be glad to move out. I just worry she will be the one to give a bad reference because she is that way. I think she loves to be in control that makes her feel good!!! I would not move here either I havent had the not fixing issue but the issues with this manager are awful!! i hope those who do think how sweet she is know there is motive..she is foul mouth woman who has no class!!! I also want to say I felt like she was just on me and my personal life wow she has to stop really i think we should all complain to main office maybe they will realize it isnt just one tenant.
