Cheap apartments.
VERY high rent for the location.
Parking spots always filled up with cars so no where to park by your apt.
LOUD area with a lot of traffic and speeding cars in the parking lot.
NO pets at all- not even fish allowed- with zero

They are very rude and will scam you out of all your security deposit.
THE LANDLORD IS A JERK.
