Considering the old apartment managers were horrible, the staff we have now is fantastic. They know you by name, they've always worked with us, gotten things fixed quickly (and there hasn't been much to fix)...and I've never had anything held hostage from the UPS man. We've been here four years, living in reinforced concrete happiness. A lot of the older folks moved out when TLC took over, but some still reside here. We live right by the pool, which can be annoying at night sometimes...but overall we've been very happy here. We've only had a couple of things to complain about...mostly noisy upstairs neighbors...but other than that, we've been very pleased. A couple of years ago, the washer decided to leak...they went and bought me a new one. Delivered the same day! They'll collect my mail if I'm on vacation even! Love the dial-in feature to let people in the complex, it's a great safety feature. A couple of years ago there were multiple car break-ins (major problem of the city) and they hired Midwest Security (I don't see them ever, but we haven't had much problem since). Now with all the construction finally coming to an end (I can't wait until the smell of wood leaves the hallways!)...this place will be very popular. Great location, great value for the older apartments. The new ones obviously cost much more, but are nice.
