The only studio I've ever rented and it will be my last. Eventhough I am a student, pretty much 90% of the pop is students- LOUD students! If I wanted to party all night and have people streaking in the halls at 3am every morning, I would stay in the dorms.
Apartment wasn't clean when I moved in either... oopps! Okay.. and pets are "allowed" but you have to pay out the.. pooper...
