This started out as a good complex, but after 6 years and four apartment managers, the place lacked the wonderful ambience it had when I first moved in. Maintenance was lagging, the noise from the bar across the street invaded my sleep, the latest apartment manager did not care that the new neighbors above me were constantly playing their radios loud and stomping across the floor.

Outside lighting was not always on, the hallways were not vacuumed very frequently toward the end of my stay. Exit lights in hallways didn't work and the outside doors - which were supposed to be secure - had lock problems and they took out the knobs and didn't replace for MONTHS.

It is not safe for a single woman to live in this place - not like it was six years ago. There was a domestic dispute during daylight hours in the parking lot across from my apartment involving two men and baseball bats.
