I knew from a walkthrough that these apartments had not been renovated in what seemed like a long time. Alot of the specific problems I had as a resident dealed with maintinence {i.e. the air conditioner, scratches in trim noticable across the room} and pest control like MICE EVERYWHERE {im a clean freak too}, bugs coming in from the drainage system {i.e. tub, shower drains}. Another of the disappointments was the bar close by. Alot of the noise from there constituted how much sleep one would get if you worked early in the morning. The halls were always smelling of smoke as well. THE PARKING LOT WAS NOT BIG ENOUGH FOR ALL RESIDENTS! Most of the time you come home and there would be no parking! And if you dont mind ambulances screaming by either to wake you up then this would be the place for you as well. The lighting outside sucked too. The so called "controlled access doors" would either 1) not work, leaving it cracked open or not locking behind you, and 2) be a HUGE inconvience when carrying furniture in or groceries. The doors always seemed to be spring loaded to the max as you were going through them! I WOULD NOT RECOMND THIS APARTMENT TO ANYONE.
