Place has not been updated in year and is showing its age. The first maintance man they had when I first started renting here seem clueless how to fix any thing, and he theated me because the trash compactor would not work when I moved in. 3 apartment managers in one year did not help either. Hallway were sweep maybe monthly. Laundry area did not have a coin machine so you had to walk to a near by gas station to get change. It was hard to tell when the floor in the laundry area was cleaned.
Security doors were a joke one would not close for almost 3 months, and try to walk in carring anything. Bar and karoke place across the street did not help the noise. Helicopters and ambulance were distracions as well. I had to keep doors and windows closed more of the time to keep noise out. Inablity to go south on National was an aggrivation as well. Parking was okay it you don't work days. Ceil fan in living/dining area was cazy.
It took 2 months before they believed me the oven did not work, and it had a history of not working. I had to say I was bring in a oven myself before the did anything.
So many places in the area are in the same price range. I wish I had more time to think my decision though when I selected them or I would have chosen elswhere.
