DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!! They just got new management and it isn't much better. My wife and I have been without hot water for almost two days. Went to the office and they put in a work order. No one ever came. Called security put in another work order. He told me I could take a shower in the gym. Speaking of the gym and extras... the gym is a garage sale of work out equipment in a little room. Also they haven't fixed the supposed "lighted basketball court". I complained in November and its the end of January. Regarding the water problem, looks like we will be staying at a hotel on them whether they like it or not. Wish I would of stayed with TLC Properties.
