This place may be one of the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for. My balcony was falling off when I first moved in. They are fixing all of them now, but they are using the same wood instead of getting new wood. The green stove that does not even have a dial, you have to push a button, has to be over 20 years old. The carpet is horrible and the windows leak cold air. I have to sleep with 4 blankets at night. You can hear the hallway doors open and close and if anyone is in the hallway you can hear them talking. I can hear what my downstairs neighbor is watching on TV! It's a shame, people who are on a limited budget should not have to live in a place that is in such bad condition. Think twice before moving here!
