I agree with the fact that you get what you pay for. I recently rented a 1 bedroom apartment there for only $390 a month but even that wasn't worth it. They're infested with ---- roaches, the shower didn't even work well, and for the first few months we were there our balcony door was nailed shut from the outside. At one point our neighbor vomited in the hallway and it took them 3 reminders and 2 weeks to clean it. I also noticed that there was broken glass all over the basketball court. So if you're the camping/out doors type it may not be bad, but I wouldn't recommend this complex to almost anyone.
