This is a great place to live! The complex consists of 2-bedroom townhomes and 1-bedroom apartments. I have lived in one of the townhomes for 2 years, and I love it! The exterior is all brick, and the interior is clean and spacious. Each townhouse is assigned 2 covered parking spaces right outside your front door. There is a washer and dryer included, and water is paid for by the landlord. The kitchen is large with nice oak cabinets and real tile floors (none of that vinyl or laminate stuff). The townhomes also have private patios, however the apartments do not.

Maintenance is great. I've had only a few problems, but they've all been fixed right away. My dryer went out, and within a day of calling maintenance, they installed a brand new dryer. The landlord is nice and pretty much leaves you alone unless you need something.

The complex is pretty quiet. The landlord has a strict no-noise policy, which keeps rowdy college students away. There is no pool or playground, which deters families with children from living here. It is mostly couples and career-age singles that live here. Everyone pretty much keeps to themselves, making it a quiet place to live.

I would highly recommend this complex! The space and quality of the building are worth every penny you pay in rent!

it would be more helpful if there was a picture and there was the like ..w/d hookups if there are any and pool if there is one cuz i have a 2 yr old that has disablilty that needs water during summer to build his stregnth and things like that
