I moved out of the apartments about two months ago. I shouldn't have. That was my first apartment ever so I had no basis for comparison,but now I have to say they were very good. They were inexpensive and well kept. They were far enough from downtown I felt okay taking my trash out at night (I may be slightly paranoid, but I am a girl). My neighbors at first were a very quiet, older group. In the end it was an older rowdy group but they never bothered me. Parking was a bit of a problem, sometimes I had to park on the street. But, I never wasn't able to park somewhere. Of the few maintenance issues I had, the faulty toilet valve which caused the toilet to overflow was fixed quickly. The leaky sink and my broken disposal did take quite a while. In the end I got a majority of my security deposit back which I was very happy for. Unfortunately, I have a twelvemonth lease at present so am stuck but, as soon as it is up, I am going to try to get another apartment here. Probably a one bedroom, the studios are very small (but liveable).
