Warning do not rent from these people. They lure you with low rent but then are terrible!!!!!!!

what is so terrible about them? If I was going to make a cooment like that - I would add some supportive info. How would I know what to look out for If I wanted to rent from them.

I agree with the first posting. They are terrible. They raise rent every time your lease is renewed and its not cheap. The management is horrible. Both my friend and I lived there but in seperate apartments. He got away with alot more such as pets with no pet deposit and his rent was never raised because she wanted to get in his pants.

I lived in these apartments for a few years and the rent went up at least $10-15 every time I renewed my lease including when I just wanted to renew for six months. I agree they are in a good location and the appearance is well kept, but looks can be deceiving. I bet a week did not go by when the cops weren't called. Fights in the parking lot, domestic disturbances, and just strange people around. Oh and I definately agree management sucks.

I have lived at Hunter's Glen for a little over a year now. I dont see what is so horrible about this place. Rent is cheaper then most of the places I looked. Management has taken care of all my requests. Some of my neighbors might not look the greatest but they are nice people. I have seen alot worse apartments. Yes rent did increase when I signed the new lease but it was only $10. Its really not that bad...

i live in building "c" i have rented in two different apartments in the same building and seriously this place is full of retards nice or not they dont bath, get haircuts, have jobs, etc... and in both apt's you can hear everything people do below me.. sucks bad dont rent here, you'll be sorryyyy!!
