This place isnt that bad. I read the other reviews and dont agree with most of it. My rent did increase but so did everyones (from what I hear). Believe me all the tenants do talk to each other or should I say gossip. Management has always been nice to me. Everything works good in my apartment. This is far from ghetto. I would recommend living here...you get what you pay for.
