The rent is not to high. My apartment was really nice and clean when I moved in. Looked alot better then several of the apartments I looked at before coming here. The people have all been nice also my neighbors are friendly. Office girls have always been helpful. I would recommend this place to my friends. Cant wait to enjoy the pool in the summer!
