They have a decent staff. maintenance and parking have never been a problem. The real problem is with the way the apartments themselves were built. There is virtually no insulation so you hear EVERYTHING your neighbors are doing. I've gotten two noise complaints now because "my tv was too loud".When the clicking from your xbox controller is louder than the television and you get a noise complaint, there is a problem. It is very cheaply built. things like door frames will fall off on you. The floorboards squeek. It's terrible. For the price though, this is what I should've expected.

Theres no price worth these apts I lived there a year and a half in two different apts due to noise, they all suck, rent a small old house before these...seriously!
