I lived at Kelly Greens Apartments for 1 1/2 years and was very pleased. The staff was very willing to help us out in many ways. Our first apartment there was right off National and there was a lot of construction noise from across the road. We told them about it and they let us switch units the next week. My roomate was in a very bad car accident forcing us to move. They let us out of our lease with no penalties and even sent a nice flowers to the hospital. Also, anytime something broke (which was rare) they sent maintenence either that day or the next day. The only problem we ever had was the number of parking spaces available near our apartment, but I would recommend this apartment community to anyone.
