The apartments are pretty new and a great bargain, 1150 square feet for only $639, with a washer and dryer thrown in. Parking could be better, especially when a neighbor has a party and we have a pretty stong sewage smell once or twice a week in the apartment from the water lines. Otherwise, nothing really wrong!

Nothing wrong????????? sewage stinks don't it? Why put up with that? The place looks run down from the outside. Paint is peeling off the bldg, over priced ( lots of newer places in town with free stuff ) staff is very rude, located in busy section with traffic jams everyday, morning and evenings. Fitness club???? One treadmill and a bike?

they don't give you a washer dryer, there is a space for it, but you supply your own

outside was just painted but feels like you are going to go through the floors into your neighbors apartment. Dont' judge this place by the sample. You cannot see your apartment until the day you move in.
