I enjoyed my time at Kelly Greens - however, before you move in you should know a couple of things...
First, the deposit is 400 dollars. The lease is very lengthy and I learned that you should read the fine print! When you decide to end your lease they will keep 200 dollars as a "make ready" fee. This is supposed to include carpet cleaning, paint, and repair of normal wear and tear. HOWEVER, after recently moving out it is now apparent that Kelly Greens does not think 200 dollars of my deposit is enough to replace 1 lightbulb, replace 1 drip pan in the stove top, paint, and clean the carpet.
I will say that when I moved in the apartment it was immaculate. The cleanest place ever. I left it that way also! I even left spare lightbulbs that I had not used in the closet. Yet, they still charged 2 dollars for a lightbulb to be replaced, 4 dollars for a drip pan for the stovetop, and 35 dollars for extra paint! Last time I checked paint is about 20 dollars a gallon. I don't know why they needed extra paint - my apartment had normal wear and tear, which was very little.
Two more things:
Our cars were broken into twice while we lived there. The rent was increased by 30 dollars in one years time.
If you have lots of money then I would recommend living in Kelly Greens. Otherwise, think twice and read the fine print.

I have to say I have changed my mind about living there on this one experience. No customer here.
