Hello. I currently live at Kensington Park and have loved every minute of it. I just renewed my lease for another year because it has been one of the BEST places I have lived in Springfield. I have never had any problems with anything. There is a nice gym, a fantastic pool and hot tub (that stays open in the winter longer than any other apartment complex), a great group of management who will make sure your stay there is to your perfection, friendly tenants, the apartments are all fairly new and loaded with top of the line appliances, and most importantly I feel SAFE living in Kensington. The gates are closed during night hours and I know not just anyone can lurk around if they please. There is security that drives through ever so often and some security cameras are set up in case some thing does happen. I would highly recommend renting at Kensington Park. I would not choose any other apartment complex over Kensington.
