I have also just renewed my lease for another year.... I have NEVER stayed or been happy in a complex for more than a year..For the location and amenities that are included, the price is very reasonable. The entire staff is friendly and knows me by name when i come into the office and the maint. guy always responds to work orders fast. Yes this complex may have a lot of college students, ( myself being one of them) but I have never been kept up or woken up by "parties" The Gym and pool/hot tub is awesome, they have a huge community/game room, and a cool dvd collection where you can just check out movies. This place is great and for as long as I remain in Springfield I will remain a tenant at Kensington Park
